Sakurai Graphic Systems Corporation will conduct live demonstrations of offset and screen press products at its 5th annual New Technology Open House scheduled for April 15-18, 2015 at its Gifu, Japan factory

New Products and Technology to be Featured Includes

NEW Larger Sheet Size For MS102SD Servo Driven Screen Cylinder Press

The increased maximum sheet size of 31" x 44.8" allows increased flexibility in running wider print jobs.

NEW LED-UV Drying System for Sakurai Cylinder Screen Presses

Sakurai along with Baldwin Technology and major ink manufactures has developed a new LED-UV drying system that produces less heat on the printed sheet and provides stable registration without size deformation. The new LED-UV drying system will be demonstrated on a Sakurai Maestro cylinder screen press.

NEW LED-UV Drying System for Sakurai 580SD 5-Color Offset Press

Sakurai has delivered this system to customers around the world and will upgrade to print plastic sheets with a waterless print system. The new LED-UV system is suggested for commercial printers, nameplate printing and a variety of industrial printing applications. The 23 5/8" x 31 1/8" Sakurai 580 SD runs at 15,000 IPH.

MSDR60 Direct Drive, Roll-to-Roll Cylinder Screen press

First introduced at last year's Open House, this new line has more accurate register at the 0.05mm level and is stable running even thinner film.

CST Digital Light Engraver (DLE Compact)

High-resolution (2500 dpi) computer-to-screen technology. Also featured at Sakurai's exhibit at SGIA `14, the new CST system images and exposes the screen directly from computer-to-screen.

Featured Sakurai Offset Presses

Also on display will be a Sakurai 266SIP, 18 1/2" x 26" two-color perfecting press, a Sakurai 2102EPII, 28 3/8" x 40 5/8" two-color perfecting press and a Sakurai 66RCS converting system with magnetic cylinder.
