Sakurai USA was among 534 exhibitors at the recent SGIA '13 in Orlando, which attracted over 22,000 enthusiastic attendees during the 3-day run of the show.

"Following our highly successful fall open house less than two months ago, we were once again surprised and delighted at the level of booth traffic and interest across our full line up of cylinder screen presses, dryers and curing systems," according to David Rose, General Manager, Sakurai USA, Inc. "We enjoyed a constant flow of booth traffic, and our sales team and dealers will be extremely busy following up with potential buyers for months to come."

At SGIA, Sakurai demonstrated a Sakurai Maestro MS-80A Cylinder Screen Press with stacker. The MS-80A is one of Sakurai's workhorse screen presses and is ideal for tagless labels, heat applied transfers, pressure sensitive applications and more. This high precision, high productivity press accepts sheets up to 31 5/8" x 21 ?" and operates at speeds up to 3,600 IPH.

Also on hand to support Sakurai's demonstrations and provide information and expertise on Drying Systems was Alan Shaw, Commercial Director, Natgraph. "The Sakurai screen press when coupled with a Natgraph Drying System provides one of the most cost effective Drying/Curing systems available in the marketplace today," Shaw said.

"We were so pleased with the level of enthusiasm and traffic at SGIA that we are considering taking a larger space for Sakurai at SGIA '14, October 22-24 in Las Vegas," Rose added.
